Our Strategy: Technological Dominance and Market Leadership as Our Goal 

The market for truck breakdown assistance is large, but in many places still has a low level of digitalisation. We close this gap through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and an efficient IT platform. On the path to market leadership, we focus on the following priorities:

  • Marketing & Market Expansion – Our primary focus is to establish TruckNetz.DE as the first port of call for logistics and service companies throughout Germany. In parallel, we are further expanding the network in Austria and Belgium and preparing a structured rollout into further neighbouring markets, including the Netherlands and Poland.
  • Artificial Intelligence – We are significantly increasing the degree of AI integration. Through automated dispatching systems, intelligent route planning and predictive matching, we optimise response times and reduce operating costs for our partner network.
  • Technical Ecosystem – We are expanding the platform infrastructure to ensure seamless real-time communication between drivers, service partners and the central control – the operational backbone of the entire network.
